This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Lead, guide, and mentor a team of Business Analysts across diverse business domains.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and develop plans to enhance the skills of BAs.

• Oversee team resource allocation and distribution of workloads to guarantee project coverage and equilibrium.

• Define, implement, and uphold BA standards, frameworks, and best practices.

• Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize requirements.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and stakeholder discussions to ensure a shared understanding of business needs.

• Identify opportunities to enhance BA processes, tools, and templates to boost team efficiency and quality.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis.

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to establish and maintain BA best practices.

• Highly organized with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

• Working knowledge of JIRA for tracking and managing requirements.

• Familiarity with Lucidchart or Draw.io for documenting process flows.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
