This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Strategize, coordinate, and oversee the execution and launch of projects, ensuring that set objectives are achieved.
• Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and risks, recommending corrective measures when needed.
• Monitor the progress of various activities to guarantee project completion within established deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Create executive presentations, management reports, and status updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout all project stages.
• Conduct follow-up meetings, document action plans, and track their implementation.
• Employ project management best practices utilizing PMI and/or Agile methodologies.
• Recognize opportunities for ongoing enhancement in project management and deployment procedures.
• Facilitate project governance to ensure adherence to processes, methodologies, and corporate standards.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in English, with excellent verbal communication abilities.
• Proven experience in executing projects and rollouts.
• Familiarity with project management best practices aligned with PMI and/or Agile methodologies.
• Experience in planning, executing, and managing project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Capability to create executive presentations, reports, and status updates.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
