This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and provide support for essential IT systems, including Google Workspace and device management through JAMF.
• Implement IT onboarding and offboarding procedures, which encompass hardware provisioning, computer configurations, and access management for a rapidly expanding global team.
• Provide support for tools such as VPNs, password managers, and endpoint security; ensure that employee devices are updated, compliant, and operating efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact for daily IT inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving tickets for colleagues through Slack, email, and video communication.
• Keep precise records of hardware and software inventories and assist in managing our collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Asana).
• Ensure that internal systems documentation and knowledge base articles are consistently updated for both the IT team and end-users.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support within a fast-paced environment (experience in startups or high-growth settings is advantageous).
• Strong capability in supporting macOS environments, performing basic network troubleshooting, and providing hardware support.
• Practical experience with Google Workspace administration and an understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) processes.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with empathy and patience.
• A self-motivated individual who can effectively prioritize a daily ticket queue, manage a varied workload, and recognize when to escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel.
• System Administration: Experience in supporting users through JAMF, BetterCloud, 1Password, and GitHub.
• Collaboration & Productivity: Proficient in supporting enterprise environments for Slack, Asana, Chrome, and Microsoft Office.
• HRIS: Familiar with HRIS automation tools like Rippling for user lifecycle management.
