This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Managing Tier 1β2 support requests encompassing hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals.
β’ Configuring workstations and creating accounts for new employees at client locations.
β’ Providing assistance with Office 365 applications β including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
β’ Diagnosing issues related to printers, VPN, and authentication.
β’ Maintaining accurate and organized records for tickets, documentation, and assets.
β’ Making occasional onsite visits when remote assistance proves insufficient.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk capacity.
β’ Proficient in English β you will be communicating directly with US-based clients in professional settings.
β’ Knowledgeable in the fundamentals of Windows and Office 365.
β’ Availability for full-time work aligned with the Chicago timezone (CST).
β’ Open to coaching, responsive, and capable of taking initiative without needing reminders.
β’ A+ or Microsoft 365 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
