• Assist in the execution and documentation of IT governance processes, which includes preparing materials for meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items for governance boards.
• Aid in the compilation of compliance records, updating roadmaps, and facilitating communication among teams.
• Participate in the review and enhancement of policies, procedures, and governance documentation to promote organizational transparency and ongoing process improvement.
• Support the transformation and operations of IT Governance.
• Collaborate with the IT Governance Team to refine and enhance the strategy, processes, and activities of the IT Governance Board (ITGB).
• Work alongside the IT Governance Team to update and integrate Change Request (CR) processes and procedures with the broader IT Governance framework.
• Assist in redesigning the Architecture Review Board (ARB) and implementing automation solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT Governance Team to refresh DMCC processes in alignment with new IT governance initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison between the technical IT team and leadership, establishing frameworks to ensure technology is utilized efficiently, securely, and ethically.
• A Bachelor's degree in a field related to information technology, accompanied by two (2) years of professional IT experience.
• Ability to successfully complete, pass, and maintain a public trust investigation.
• Proficient in understanding and applying industry standards and best practices related to data governance and data management theories, principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.
• Over 2 years of experience in data governance, data analysis, and data management, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for stakeholder management.
