This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Provide assistance with hardware and software solutions implemented in clerical, clinical, and remote work settings.
• Support staff in the installation, relocation, configuration, and ongoing functionality of desktop computers, peripheral devices, and software in accordance with established standards and protocols.
• Perform computer imaging and troubleshoot hardware issues for both laptop and desktop systems, demonstrating a solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and related software.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate the shipping and tracking of IT equipment to end users.
• Serve as a point of contact between IT and Branch Sites/Offices for various IT and Operational projects and developments.
• Oversee and fulfill all support and project-related tasks and activities.
• Log, monitor, and ensure the completion of all entries in the Support Desk tracking system.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from other IT teams to address user issues.
• Implement industry best practices to uphold the required level of LAN/WAN and computer systems security as defined.
• Identify and collaborate with Cyber Team support personnel to resolve any identified deficiencies.
• Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 2 years of practical experience in desktop/user support within a corporate or clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Intune, and endpoint management tools.
• A current, valid driver's license in good standing and access to a vehicle, or the ability to arrange transportation as required.
• Demonstrated capability to support remote users and troubleshoot VPN or remote connectivity challenges.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple simultaneous support requests.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and patient demeanor.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, financial, or regulated industries (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2) is preferred.
