This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Become the primary specialist for our clients, expertly addressing issues related to Windows devices, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, and VoIP systems.
• Take charge of client communication, fostering relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring that every interaction concludes positively.
• Efficiently manage your ticket queue, prioritizing tasks effectively and handling warm transfer escalations with composure and confidence.
• Contribute to a functional knowledge base by creating and enhancing documentation that empowers the entire team to achieve success.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors, facilitating incident resolution and providing seamless support throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the team during weekly meetings and team-led training sessions, helping to propel both yourself and the company forward.
• Lead by example, demonstrating our commitment to accountability, proactive service, and exceptional customer support.
• Practical expertise in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proven understanding of advanced networking concepts and the capability to troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
• A dedication to outstanding customer service along with a demonstrated ability to build trust and resolve challenging situations.
• A history of producing comprehensive internal documentation that aids in the growth and learning of your teammates.
• Experience with Remote Access Solutions such as Remote Desktop and RemoteApps.
