This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Timely response to helpdesk inquiries
• Offering operational assistance for issues pertaining to Azure cloud applications
• Managing daily ad hoc requests and other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
• Assisting with DevOps-related tasks.
• Capability to work remotely from an EU Member State
• Willingness to be available for night and weekend on-call shifts. (On-call basis: the engineer is contacted only if a ticket is raised)
• Fundamental understanding of cloud technologies
