IT Engineer – Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic programming knowledge – experience with Python scripting, API interactions, and a familiarity with a "vibe coding" approach (leveraging AI tools for rapid development and iteration).

• A robust systems-thinking approach: you recognize a manual process and instantly consider how to automate it.

• Proficient in utilizing SaaS admin consoles, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Highly proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

• Excellent communicator capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, from the marketing team to senior management.

• Note: We welcome promising juniors. Previous IT support experience is not required – what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and ability to solve problems.
