This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

β’ Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of enhancing lives and making a difference through innovative digital solutions.
β’ Basic programming knowledge β experience with Python scripting, API interactions, and a familiarity with a "vibe coding" approach (leveraging AI tools for rapid development and iteration).
β’ A robust systems-thinking approach: you recognize a manual process and instantly consider how to automate it.
β’ Proficient in utilizing SaaS admin consoles, APIs, and cloud platforms.
β’ Highly proactive, self-sufficient, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
β’ Excellent communicator capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, from the marketing team to senior management.
β’ Note: We welcome promising juniors. Previous IT support experience is not required β what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and ability to solve problems.
