IT Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be instrumental in developing and sustaining the systems and tools that enable our teams to operate efficiently and securely.

• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout Reverse Tech, aiding in our goal of enhancing lives and transforming the world through cutting-edge digital solutions.

• Your objective: to ensure that “IT just works” across the entire organization – achieved through intelligent automation, streamlined infrastructure, and proactive enhancements instead of reactive solutions.

• You will be responsible for the systems that allow every team at Reverse Tech to concentrate on what truly matters.

• This is a hands-on position suited for someone who, upon encountering a manual process, immediately considers how to automate it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some programming experience – including Python scripting, working with APIs, and familiarity with a “vibe coding” approach (utilizing AI tools for rapid building and iteration).

• A solid systems-thinking perspective: you identify a manual process and instinctively contemplate how to automate it.

• Comfortable navigating SaaS admin consoles, APIs, and cloud platforms.

• Highly proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of making decisions based on incomplete information.

• Excellent communicator who can articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ranging from the marketing team to senior management.

• Note: We welcome promising juniors. No previous IT support experience is required – what matters is your mindset, curiosity, and problem-solving abilities.
