IT Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a team of developers, cultivating a collaborative and high-performing atmosphere.

• Manage the complete software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert requirements into effective technology solutions.

• Supervise the development and ongoing enhancement of the company's software applications.

• Propel process enhancements, including Agile methodologies, code quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Serve as the main liaison between business teams and developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in software or web development.

• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity.

• Proficient understanding of web technologies such as C#, .NET or similar, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

• Experience with databases, APIs, and contemporary development practices.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to lead without being directly involved in everyday coding tasks.

• Competence in effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
