This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with the Sr. Director and Director of IT Strategic Procurement to align demands and priorities with the expectations of IT, business clients, and Supply Management leadership.
• Oversee a portfolio of designated suppliers, including relevant agreements, renewals, and third-party risk management activities.
• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients to comprehend procurement demands and timelines, fostering relationships and influencing procurement strategies.
• Spearhead the development and implementation of category strategies to manage assigned portfolios, control costs, and ensure supply continuity.
• Lead the negotiation of supplier agreements and renewals in partnership with internal stakeholders, including the Office of the General Counsel, Risk Management, IT, and business clients.
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers to negotiate statements of work and ordering documents, enhancing value to support favorable outcomes for project investments.
• Assess, identify, and mitigate risks associated with third-party agreements in conjunction with internal partners from the Office of the General Counsel, Risk Management, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), and Information Security.
• Partner with the CIO, IT VP leaders, BSI leaders, and project teams to contribute to business cases, manage expenditures, and strategize project procurement timelines.
• Engage in Supply Management processes, including Supplier Onboarding (SOBRA), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Stakeholder Advisory Board (SAB), Risk Council, and P&L Improvement.
• Conduct the business of IT Strategic Procurement by communicating with leaders, contributing to team performance, focusing on P&L enhancement, and supporting diversity objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Supply Management, Economics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Over 7 years of professional experience, encompassing Supply Management, Procurement, or IT Business Office roles focused on IT supplier or category management.
• Experience in Information Technology overseeing IT services and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of the IT marketplace, including terminology and industry standards.
• Proven experience with application development, managed services agreements, and statements of work.
• Excellent negotiation skills in performance-based pay and shared risk allocation within agreements.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and influencing abilities.
• Capacity to lead cross-functional business meetings, develop and deliver clear presentations, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
• Solid business acumen combined with an understanding of organizational structures, processes, and information flow across multiple business lines.
• Proficiency in utilizing common Supply Management tools for procure-to-pay and contract lifecycle management.
