IT Asset Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the enterprise IT Asset Management (ITAM) program.

• Establish and uphold ITAM governance frameworks.

• Design, execute, and consistently refine processes throughout the entire asset lifecycle.

• Collaborate with Accounting and Human Resources to guarantee precise budget alignment, forecasting, and cost transparency.

• Manage the IT asset system of record, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset data.

• Ensure visibility of IT assets and lifecycle controls that align with internal IT governance policies.

• Work in partnership with Accounting and IT colleagues to standardize hardware, software, and services.

• Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators for ITAM.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, Procurement, or a related area.

• Deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.

• Strong knowledge of software licensing and SaaS models.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT procurement and vendor management.

• Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, ISO 19770, or equivalent).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
