This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take on the professional support of our external customers in 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring a high level of service and quality solutions.

• You will analyze and categorize incoming inquiries systematically, conduct qualified initial analyses, and meticulously document all relevant information in our ticketing system.

• You will keep an eye on agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely and prioritized processing.

• You will prepare tickets systematically for 3rd level support and ensure efficient problem-solving through complete and traceable information transfer.

• You will communicate proactively and transparently with our customers, ensuring ongoing updates about the current status of their requests.

• You will plan and moderate regular meetings with our customers regarding open tickets, service quality, and areas for improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., in Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus) or a related IT training – alternatively, a comparable qualification with a strong affinity for software products.

• Professional experience in IT support or application environments is required.

• Familiarity with web and portal solutions as well as a solid technical understanding of digital applications.

• Knowledge of JSON and XML, and ideally experience in analyzing log files and basic SQL select queries.

• Experience in direct customer contact, preferably in the banking sector or in a regulated environment.

• Technical curiosity, such as working with low-code platforms, along with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work.

• Proactive, team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation and excellent German and English skills.
