IT Analyst – Anaplan Model Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support to users in their daily interactions with the Anaplan platform as Tier 1, 2, and 3 support in accordance with SLA guidelines.

• Address and resolve issues related to Anaplan applications, models, and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with the demand and inventory planning teams to transform their requests into actionable requirements and enhancements.

• Construct, test, and implement Anaplan models and applications adhering to widely accepted standards.

• Actively monitor and enhance the performance, usability, and integrity of models and applications.

• Foster user engagement by leading office hours, conducting training sessions, and offering ongoing support to enhance the utilization of Anaplan models.

• Develop and maintain solution documentation, change management processes, training resources, and user manuals.

• Oversee timelines, priorities, and deliverables ensuring adherence to committed SLAs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering and supporting Anaplan solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience in roles such as model builder, system analyst, business analyst, or similar positions utilizing Anaplan or comparable xP&A platforms.

• Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.

• Experience in building and supporting inbound, model-to-model, and outbound integrations.

• Active Anaplan certification(s) including Master Anaplanner, Certified Solution Architect, or Certified Model Builder Levels 2-3.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (Engineering, Operations, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer Science).
