This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver technical support, system administration, and operational assistance to the company’s US users and IT environment.
• Emphasize Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, security monitoring, user lifecycle management, backup and archiving support, along with general IT operations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, licenses, groups, mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Address issues related to email, calendar, Teams, and collaboration tools.
• Aid in the management of Microsoft 365 security and compliance configurations.
• Track and resolve incidents related to Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage company devices utilizing Microsoft Intune.
• Assist with device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
• Provide support for endpoint troubleshooting concerning Windows devices.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts across necessary systems.
• Assign licenses, groups, permissions, and application access according to role specifications.
• Facilitate access to Synology NAS, shared folders, permissions, and user/group access.
• Offer prompt technical support to US-based users during graveyard shift hours.
• Proven experience in administering Microsoft 365 services.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or other Microsoft security tools.
• Experience in user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Understanding of Windows desktop support and troubleshooting techniques.
• Competence in managing file access, permissions, and shared folders.
• Familiarity with Synology NAS or comparable network storage solutions.
• Basic knowledge of backup, restoration, and archiving processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently during graveyard shift hours.
