ISO 9001 Compliance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create, review, and enhance thorough quality management documentation to fill current gaps within the compliance framework.

• Set up, uphold, and oversee stringent tracking systems to collect and protect compliance evidence throughout the system and platform.

• Assess existing operational workflows against defined standards, ensuring that internal practices are consistently documented and compliant.

• Offer expert advice on upholding international quality standards, guaranteeing that all platform processes are organized and ready for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, indispensable hands-on experience as an ISO 9001 compliance consultant.

• Strong proficiency in drafting, organizing, and sustaining quality management systems and evidence tracking tools.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for converting technical systems into clear, compliant documentation.

• High degree of self-management and the capability to work autonomously, whether remotely or in an office environment.

• Previous compliance experience in the information technology (IT) or financial technology (Fintech) industries.

• ISO9001 experience is critical.

• Experience in aligning software platforms and technological systems with quality standards.
