This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the analysis and enhancement of workflow processes.

• Assist teams in defining and comprehending their existing workflows while pinpointing areas that require improvement or redesign.

• Coordinate the necessary technical and application resources to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how changes will impact systems and processes.

• Grasp the intricacies of change management within a large academic healthcare institution and guide teams in evaluating feasible and meaningful options.

• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and activities.

• Manage the upkeep of issue lists, build and decision documentation, meeting minutes, agendas, and status reports, along with other essential tools for project success.

• Lead cross-functional work teams that encompass internal staff, technical support, operations personnel, vendor consultants, clinicians, hospital administration, and end users.

• Provide consistent project updates and status reports for IS management, ensuring timely escalation of issues as needed.

• Guarantee exceptional end-user support; promote and adhere to change management policies and procedures consistently.

• Exhibit exemplary customer service behavior, including prompt and effective follow-up with customers.

• Facilitate technology analysis and enhancement processes.

• Collaborate with IS technical resources to establish technical criteria for vendor solution selection and coordinate the vendor selection process.

• Acquire domain knowledge to aid in identifying and understanding key project requirements and issues.

• Recruit expert resources to present and evaluate state-of-the-art technology.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• 2+ years of experience in a related job discipline.

• Demonstrates strong administrative skills, including organization, documentation, meeting coordination, and management of project artifacts.

• Possesses a technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend system functionality, integrations, and data flows within enterprise applications.

• Experience working in Agile environments, with familiarity in Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog management.

• Exposure to or experience with Workday, including an understanding of its modules, business processes, or system functionality.

• Experience in supporting or participating in system implementations, encompassing planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Proficient in utilizing ServiceNow Project Workspace for managing project work, tracking tasks, maintaining project artifacts, and fostering collaboration across teams.
