This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise daily operations of Investor Relations, which includes investor reporting, handling incoming requests, managing servicing transfers, and addressing ad hoc inquiries, ensuring that all deliverables are completed accurately and within set SLAs.
• Guide and cultivate the IR team by establishing expectations, monitoring performance, balancing workloads, and ensuring accountability to deadlines, quality standards, and investor requirements.
• Take ownership of tracking and executing all IR deliverables, including maintaining centralized trackers, managing reporting calendars, and ensuring that all commitments across internal teams and third-party service providers are met on time.
• Act as the primary liaison for investor requests and communications, collaborating with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and other internal teams to collect information, resolve issues, and provide timely, accurate responses.
• Oversee servicing transfer support and investor-related operational processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Track SLA performance, identify risks or delays, escalate issues as necessary, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of IR operations.
• Assist the Sr. Manager of Investor Relations by preparing reporting summaries, status updates, and materials for internal leadership and investor discussions.
• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of loan servicing operations and investor reporting requirements.
• Proven experience managing deadlines, SLAs, and high-volume operational workflows.
• Capability to coordinate across various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with Capital Markets, Legal, or external investors is preferred.
