Investor Relations Associate, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with both potential and current investors through phone communications, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Oversee investor pipelines and ensure prompt follow-ups throughout the entire investor journey.

• Represent clients in a professional manner while conveying investment opportunities and company updates.

• Assist in capital raising efforts by engaging with qualified prospective investors and coordinating meetings.

• Leverage our proprietary investor management platform to monitor activities, manage communications, and keep accurate records.

• Organize investor onboarding and aid with documentation during the investment process.

• Work closely with your designated client and the InvestorOps leadership team to implement fundraising strategies.

• Achieve individual performance goals and KPIs associated with investor engagement, pipeline management, and capital raising activities.

• Continuously enhance your knowledge of private capital markets, fundraising strategies, and investor communications.

• At ease when speaking with executives, investors, and business owners.

• Strong curiosity and a commitment to continually learning about private capital markets.

• Proven experience in achieving performance goals, KPIs, sales objectives, or relationship management metrics.
