Investor Due Diligence Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct Investor Due Diligence (IDD), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments for both new and existing investors, clients, and funds, adhering to firm policies and regulatory standards.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of AML/KYC records, keeping investor files complete, organized, and prepared for audits.

• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations, Operations, and external service providers to ensure efficient investor onboarding.

• Work with the FSG Onboarding Team to gather outstanding AML/KYC documentation and address any deficiencies.

• Monitor the status of AML reviews and assist in reporting onboarding metrics, outstanding requests, and workflow progress.

• Stay informed about AML/KYC regulations, industry best practices, and the evolving landscape of regulatory expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in AML/KYC, Investor Due Diligence, Compliance, Fund Administration, Financial Services, or Investment Operations is preferred.

• Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations, beneficial ownership requirements, sanctions screening, and customer due diligence principles.

• Experience in reviewing investor onboarding documentation and identifying any missing or inconsistent information.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a quick aptitude for learning new systems and technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and display a positive work ethic.

• Quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiastically learn all provided training materials.

• Exhibit strong prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
