Investment Manager – RISE Fund

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of investment transactions from the term sheet to the closing stage.

• Create and manage the comprehensive due diligence process, covering commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory aspects.

• Draft and take ownership of Investment Committee memoranda, and present investment recommendations directly to senior leadership.

• Act as the main relationship manager for assigned portfolio companies following the closing of transactions.

• Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of Tether RISE fund’s investment operational infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Between 5 to 10 years of directly applicable experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling; strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with cap table management tools (e.g., Carta), CRM/deal flow platforms (e.g., Affinity, Salesforce), and data room management.

• Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A solid understanding of the dynamics involved in venture and growth-stage investments.

• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• CFA charterholder or CAIA designation is required, or demonstrable progress towards completion.
