Investment Manager – Fintech, Digital Assets Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of investment transactions from the term sheet stage to closing.

• Create and manage the comprehensive due diligence process covering commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory aspects.

• Draft and take ownership of Investment Committee memoranda, present investment proposals directly to senior leadership, and uphold high documentation standards for all Venture IC materials.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated portfolio companies after closing, assisting the Reporting Team in tracking financial and operational KPIs.

• Spearhead the development and ongoing enhancement of the Tether RISE fund’s investment operating framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

• Between 5 to 10 years of directly relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end investment transactions, from sourcing candidates to closing deals.

• Expertise in advanced financial modeling; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with cap table management tools (such as Carta), CRM/deal flow systems (like Affinity, Salesforce), and data room management.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong grasp of venture and growth-stage investment dynamics.

• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, including regulatory frameworks, fintech ecosystems, and institutional investment limitations.

• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
