This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Gibraltar.
• Collaborate with the Head of Investments to identify, evaluate, structure, and oversee BTC lending prospects.
• Participate in the development of investment strategies and support daily operations within the investment team.

• Conduct counterparty due diligence: collect data, assess financials, analyze risk controls, and prepare succinct approval memos.
• Assist in structuring secured/over-collateralized lending frameworks, including covenants, waterfalls, and margin policies.
• Monitor portfolio and risk: oversee exposures, limits, collateral, and early-warning signals; suggest necessary actions.
• Engage in modeling: general oversight of structured solutions with proficiency in modern tools being advantageous.
• Facilitate counterparty interactions: coordinate meetings, manage data rooms, and follow up on action items.
• Contribute to investment documentation and legal matters: assist in drafting term sheets, IC presentations, and performance updates; provide insights on loan documentation and examine legal terms (security, covenants, remedies, margining) to align risk and reward while ensuring protections.
• Foster creativity and research: introduce innovative structures, pricing concepts, and ways to maximize opportunities within the risk framework.
• Maintain process integrity: ensure our due diligence files, checklists, and dashboards are organized, current, and auditable.
• 5–7 years of experience in investment banking, structured lending, credit, treasury, risk, or buy-side; direct exposure to structured credit or margin/repo/collateralized lending is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong credit judgment: Proven ability in comprehensive counterparty due diligence (financials, liquidity, leverage, concentration, collateral assessment, covenants, and early-warning indicators).
• Familiarity with structuring: Knowledge of term sheets, security/collateral packages, covenants, margining, and foundational understanding of ISDA/CSA, GMRA/GMSLA, or loan agreements; capable of translating risk appetite into structure, triggers, and reporting.
• Proficient in risk tools: Practical experience with stress/scenario analyses, sensitivities, and basic VaR/limit frameworks for decision-making (no need for quant skills, but understanding of levers and caveats is essential).
• Experience with modeling: Familiarity with modern tools and AI to optimize modeling scenarios.
• Strong documentation and communication skills: Ability to produce clear IC memos, red-lined revisions, and concise communications with counterparties; capable of managing meeting notes and action logs independently.
• Process integrity: Proficient in due diligence checklists, data rooms, trackers, and audit-ready organization; consistent low error rate and rapid iteration.
• Professional demeanor: Comfortable leading parts of counterparty meetings, pursuing deliverables, and negotiating factual matters with professionalism.
• Relevant certifications: CFA or FRM, or an equivalent professional development path in progress.
• Mindset: Demonstrates high ownership, low ego, and reliability under pressure; innovative in identifying safe capacities and improved economics within risk limits.
• Interest in crypto: Welcomed; previous crypto experience is not necessary (training will be provided on domain specifics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building relationships within the investment community, and capable of effective collaboration with an executive team.
