This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as a subject matter expert on managed accounts and their associated processes, with an emphasis on enhancing customer experience, retention, and sales.
• Address the most intricate managed account sales and service requirements, which include conducting Annual Plan Reviews and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee a varied portfolio of 1:1 covered clients with assets under management, while collaborating closely with the Wealth Management Team.
• Initiate and conduct pre and post-sales discussions with clients, setting clear expectations regarding performance, fees, and portfolio strategies.
• Possess FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses and appropriate state registrations, or the capability to obtain Series 66 upon hiring.
• Have a minimum of four years of prior experience in financial services.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent experience; a Professional designation such as CFP is preferred.
• Have a thorough understanding of the managed account industry and Fidelity’s managed offerings.
• Possess extensive knowledge of general financial planning concepts, particularly in managed solutions.
