Investment Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Generate Monthly Private Investment Reports - Accountable for the manual preparation of two monthly reports for the client's private credit team, which include the Private Investments Account Allocation Report and Data Mart File.

• Evaluate Investment Exposure and Allocation - Create reports that illustrate the client's actual investment exposure by legal entity compared to target allocation, ensuring precise reporting of investment positions.

• Reconcile Data for Private Credit Portfolio - Align critical data points such as spreads, current balances, commitments, and unfunded commitments throughout the client's private credit portfolio.

• Coordinate Data from Various Internal and External Sources - Collect and integrate information from multiple sources, including Excel files, Aladdin, WSO, manual loan administration statements, and other associated systems or reports.

• Utilize Advanced Financial Analysis and Excel Proficiencies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis/forecasting within private equity, investment banking, consulting, or a large corporate setting.

• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas and features (e.g., Power BI).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the BPO or Shared Service industry.
