This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated outputs pertinent to investment banking, M&A, financial modeling, and capital markets.

• Analyze the feasibility and precision of AI recommendations for transaction execution, financial analysis, and deal evaluation.

• Develop and create real-world scenarios and case studies based on your investment banking expertise.

• Produce scenario variations that incorporate industry best practices, financial risk assessment, and compliance measures.

• Detect gaps or potential risks in AI-generated recommendations and offer clear, actionable feedback.

• Direct AI systems to improve their understanding, interpretation, and application of investment banking concepts and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Investment Banking Analyst with experience in M&A, capital markets, and financial modeling.

• Residing in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in industry-standard financial modeling tools, transaction structuring, and market analysis.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering structured, constructive feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with a preference for remote and asynchronous work.
