Investment Associate – RISE Fund

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the entire lifecycle of investment transactions, from the term sheet phase to final closure.

• Structure and negotiate deal terms to ensure they align with the RISE fund's risk tolerance.

• Integrate due diligence findings into investment-grade analyses while stress-testing critical assumptions.

• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda and uphold strict documentation standards.

• Act as the primary relationship manager for designated portfolio companies after the closing of deals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (at minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A Master's degree (such as an MBA, MSc in Finance, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• CFA charterholder or CAIA designation is mandatory.

• 3-5 years of directly applicable experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development.

• Proficiency in advanced financial modeling; strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential.

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
