Investment Analyst – Strategic Finance, Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold intricate three-statement financial models and valuation analyses to facilitate fundraising and strategic decision-making.

• Spearhead the production of institutional-quality investor materials, such as pitch decks, investment memoranda, and board presentations.

• Oversee the investor relations pipeline, preparing updates and performance reports for stakeholders.

• Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis within the consumer, food-tech, and logistics industries.

• Assist in capital raising efforts by managing data rooms and addressing due diligence inquiries.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate operational KPIs into financial forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business discipline.

• 2–5 years of professional finance experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years specifically in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development.

• Advanced skills in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentation design).

• Demonstrated success in creating materials for investors and pitch books.

• Profound understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, Comps, etc.) and three-statement modeling.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to work during US Eastern Time hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
