Investment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Evaluate financial performance and revenue sources within music catalogs

• Develop financial models to assess investment prospects and transactions

• Perform valuation assessments through cash flow modeling, forecasting, and comparable analysis

• Analyze risk, revenue stability, and long-term performance of catalogs

• Create investment memorandums and transaction overviews

• Prepare materials for discussions with investors and buyers

• Conduct due diligence and examine financial documents

• Review bids, offers, and deal structures

• Perform market research on music catalog transactions and industry trends

• Analyze comparable deals and valuation metrics

• Maintain and refresh financial models and forecasts

• Compile internal investment reports and presentations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related area

• Over 2 years of experience in investment analysis, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance

• Proficient financial modeling and Excel capabilities

• Experience in evaluating investments or financial assets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
