Investment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive startup sourcing procedure, pinpointing high-potential companies that align with investment priorities.

• Organize and plan pitch days, encompassing outreach, coordination, and assessment of participating startups.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, and other ecosystem partners to enhance the deal pipeline.

• Manage and cultivate investor relationships with VCs and angel investors, ensuring prompt communication and alignment.

• Oversee startup engagement activities, which include maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and providing support to founders as necessary.

• Conduct research tasks across various sectors and investment themes.

• Exhibit a strong capability to work with numbers, financial data, and extensive datasets, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and organizational priorities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Climate Tech or Sustainability is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of startup lifecycle stages, diligence processes, and investment assessment.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Python would be an additional advantage.

• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to create and maintain structured processes.
