This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Internal Investigations and various business partners on intricate cases.
• Work together with team members on eComm review requests, considering technical feasibility, team resources, case needs, and deadlines.
• Conduct interviews and stakeholder briefings as required.
• Evaluate, analyze, and manage electronically stored information (ESI).
• Filter ESI using sophisticated criteria and structure logical review workflows.
• Provide technical and project-related support.
• Aid in implementing complex review workflows, detailed data analysis, and preliminary case assessments.
• Oversee the review tool userbase, including platform training and managing permissions.
• Facilitate training for new users as necessary.
• Track matter and project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved and tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Offer regular status updates to team leadership.
• Propel enhancements across the eComm Review Team function.
• Keep up-to-date with eDiscovery techniques, technologies, expectations, and evolving best practices within the industry and team.
• Support Internal Investigations with essential project tasks as required.
• Over 5 years of experience in eDiscovery, Litigation Support, Investigations, or a related field.
• Intermediate understanding of EDRM and eDiscovery functions and processes.
• Experience with Everlaw is REQUIRED.
• Intermediate skills in electronic data collection and review best practices, including advanced analytics and machine learning.
• General proficiency with electronic communication and document formats, data types, database management, workflow software, and complex discovery tools.
• Ability to learn autonomously in a technically and logically challenging environment.
• Experience in mastering new and complex applications and technologies, with an eagerness to experiment and explore their capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Independence, accountability, and sound judgment are essential.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong recordkeeping capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities and capability to work under pressure.
• Solid grasp of technical concepts relevant to corporate computing environments.
