Investigator Contracts Lead – Contract Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will be accountable for managing contract deliverables, leveraging your expertise to ensure effectiveness and quality.

• Analyzing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertinent to clinical trial operations and vendor partnerships.

• Engaging in negotiations of contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and formulate strategies to address potential challenges.

• Keeping precise and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables utilizing contract management systems.

• Offering guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract-related issues, encompassing contract interpretation, compliance, and resolution of disputes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a similar field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a comparable area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• A solid understanding of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements associated with clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of assessing intricate contractual issues and suggesting viable solutions.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities, with the proficiency to manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize in a dynamic environment.

• Readiness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
