This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Develop and uphold inventory control systems and procedures to guarantee optimal stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team, Procurement, and other departments to predict demand and supply.
• Accurately process purchase and sales orders in a timely manner, coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched on schedule.
• Address and resolve order-related issues as necessary.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of materials.
• Resolve any issues associated with supply delays or order discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to uncover trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare inventory metrics reports for management's review.
• Assist in forecasting supply and demand requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels are represented on the E-commerce platform and in records.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data to predict inventory needs and modify stock levels accordingly.
• Coordinate with the E-commerce team to manage sales and stock updates.
• Engage in supply chain improvement projects to boost efficiency and minimize costs.
• Propose process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize operations.
• Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, production, and sales, to align supply chain activities with overarching business objectives.
• Communicate effectively to ensure a seamless flow of information and materials.
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues with suppliers, working closely with purchasing and production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain precise quality records, including inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective action documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing process modifications to enhance product quality and reduce quality-related expenses.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Completion of NYSC is required.
• Relevant Logistics or Supply Chain certification is a plus.
• Strong skills in data analytics and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with best practices in Inventory Planning.
• Experience in implementing effective documentation practices.
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience interacting with regulatory agencies.
• Experience in Quality Release processes and laboratory analysis is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Quality Control and Quality Assurance principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Must have a reliable internet connection, a functioning laptop, and the flexibility to adjust work hours to Central Standard Time (9 am - 5 pm CST).
