Inventory Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development, upkeep, and implementation of seasonal buying strategies that align with the regional supply approach.

• Organize, maintain, and evaluate inputs for seasonal buy plans.

• Generate reports, analyses, and materials for monthly Buy Review meetings.

• Document follow-up items and aid in the execution of coordinated cross-functional initiatives.

• Assess supply interruptions, inventory risks, exceptions, trends, and product lifecycle information.

• Suggest subsequent actions and elevate concerns with context and implications for service, revenue, and inventory goals.

• Convert large volumes of data into succinct reports.

• Evaluate sales and reservation forecasts against incoming supply to facilitate alignment with Demand Planning.

• Prepare S&OE and ATP analyses for regional planning discussions and subsequent actions.

• Collaborate with Logistics and Transportation to monitor delivery schedules, deferrals, and expedited shipments.

• Assist in system configuration and product lifecycle coordination to ensure precise supply and inventory management.

• Work together with Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Transportation, and various channels to manage disruptions and support supply execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in supply chain management, business, merchandising, analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, merchandising, analytics, or a comparable supply chain role.

• Familiarity with planning systems, ERP tools, inventory reporting, or supply chain data platforms is preferred.

• Experience in wholesale, DTC, and/or retail is an advantage.

• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to discern trends, exceptions, and risks within extensive data sets.

• Proficiency in Excel is essential, including comfort with formulas, large data sets, and routine reporting.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses for cross-functional colleagues.

• Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, follow through, and take accountability.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Sales, Finance, and channel teams.
