This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage and raise Purchase Orders during the season.
• Process amendments and cancellations for purchase orders.
• Oversee seasonal indent orders.
• Prepare and disseminate inventory reports during the season.
• Provide support for Buying and Merchandise in seasonal product administration.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and the Distribution Centre about incoming shipments.
• Track shipment status and adjust expected delivery dates accordingly.
• Organize freight and courier bookings, including DHL services.
• Restock retail stores and warehouse inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels to identify shortages or overstock issues.
• Update supplier cost prices, wholesale pricing, and recommended retail pricing (RRP).
• Upload, receive, and reconcile Purchase Orders.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Manage store allocations and replenish inventory based on sales performance and requirements.
• Maintain and update Min/Max replenishment settings.
• Analyze size curves and adjust allocation profiles to optimize sell-through rates.
• Assist in stock transfers between stores as needed.
• Ensure accurate product, inventory, and barcode information is maintained within the EEE POS system.
• Complete item registration and perform regular data audits.
• Monitor the website and upload new product details.
• Coordinate product launches in collaboration with the Buying and Marketing teams.
• Generate reports on inventory, replenishment, and stock movement.
• Aid in inventory forecasting and purchasing decisions.
• Identify opportunities for improving inventory processes and system efficiencies.
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
• Carry out additional administrative and inventory-related tasks as assigned.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to build solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in formulas, lookups, filtering, and pivot tables.
• Confidence in handling large datasets and inventory systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and implement process improvements.
• Previous experience in inventory control, merchandise administration, allocations, replenishment, or buying administration is highly desirable.
• Experience in a retail, wholesale, or FMCG environment is highly regarded.
• Familiarity with POS, ERP, or inventory management systems, such as EEE POS or similar, is advantageous.
