This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for end-to-end visibility of inventory, coordination of purchase orders, and execution of the supply chain across major sales channels.
• Ensure that inventory planning, ordering, tracking, receiving, and allocation are conducted accurately.
• Oversee inventory levels at fulfillment centers and for all active SKUs.
• Conduct daily assessments of key SKUs and escalate potential stockout issues.
• Anticipate demand across various channels.
• Manage inventory requirements through established workflows.
• Upload reports into the forecasting tool and evaluate the recommendations provided.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss purchase orders, production schedules, and shipments.
• Monitor incoming shipments and verify that inventory is received appropriately.
• Coordinate the allocation of inventory between fulfillment centers and channel requirements.
• Keep precise trackers updated.
• Document updates, risks, action items, and recommendations thoroughly.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, logistics, or eCommerce operations.
• Practical experience with Walmart operations, encompassing forecasting and inventory planning.
• Proficient in utilizing SPS Commerce for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), order management, or shipment workflows.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, inventory trackers, shipment schedules, and vendor follow-ups.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for inventory tracking and analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability to work full-time in the EST time zone.
