Inventory Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with concurrent planners and Category DSP managers to define the inventory strategy.

• Determine and communicate optimal inventory levels for Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials.

• Identify avenues for reducing inventory holding costs by optimizing storage, transportation, and order quantity strategies.

• Rigorously manage high-value items by segmenting the portfolio.

• Provide consistent reports and analyses on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Ensure adherence to inventory data quality standards.

• Work alongside planners to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions.

• Develop and execute inventory risk management strategies to alleviate supply chain disruptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply planning and inventory management within a multinational setting.

• Proficient in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and control techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics is required.

• CPIM certification is preferred.

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required (additional languages are advantageous).
