Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
