Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead technical interviews with software developers

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process

• Offer insights on candidate abilities and knowledge

• Partner with Karat to evaluate and enhance content and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a Software Developer or Engineer role

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
