Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews—Utilize Karat's platform to facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Assess—Offer feedback regarding the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Collaborate—Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) complemented by a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., in data structures, algorithms).
