Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing a candidate's basic coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding strategies.

• Work collaboratively with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
