Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their core coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding techniques.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal aptitude.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., expertise in data structures and algorithms).
