Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers globally.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies.

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) accompanied by a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
