Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate’s performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal effectiveness.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is advantageous (e.g., focusing on data structures, algorithms).
