Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive candidate experience while assessing their core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer insights into the candidate's performance, coding style, communication capabilities, responses to technical questions, and their overall coding methodology.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, procedures, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred, specifically regarding data structures and algorithms.
