Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidates' performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to technical questions, and overall coding strategies.

• Work alongside Karat to evaluate content, procedures, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Dependable access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., familiarity with data structures and algorithms).
