Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers globally.

• Develop inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias and enhancing hiring indicators.

• Offer insights regarding the candidate’s performance and coding style.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
