Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their fundamental coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Assess and provide feedback on candidates' performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and their coding methodologies.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal aptitude.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., knowledge of data structures and algorithms).
