Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews using Karat's platform, ensuring a positive experience for candidates while assessing their core coding abilities and technical knowledge.

• Offer feedback on the candidate's performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to technical questions, and coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Exceptional English communication skills (both written and oral), demonstrating a high level of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
